Nevada Rural Housing Authority launched Home At Last™ in 2006 to help more Nevadans
to become homeowners. They've generated over $1 billion in
mortgages, which provided much-needed down payment
assistance and mortgage tax credit benefits to homebuyers
across Nevada. Today, as a result of Nevada Rural's Home At Last™
programs, thousands of Nevada families have achieved their
dream of affordable homeownership.

Requirements
✔ $135,000 income limit on Conv loans
✔ $116,000 income limit on Govt loans
✔ 640 minimum credit score
✔ 50% max debt-to-income on Conventional loans
✔ 45% maximum DTI on Govt loans (50% w/ 680 score)
✔ Homebuyer education course required
✔ Home must be primary residence
✔ Must meet standard underwriting requirements
✔ Must be in Nevada (with a population below 150,000)
